90 Degree Headstand


This slow methodical pose is one of my favorite core strengthening exercises that triggers your abs and back muscles.  Not only does it feel amazing, but it’s a great way to stimulate your chakras and reduce anxiety to say the least.  Opie seems to enjoy it too!  Get out there and turn your world upside down 🙂

Yoga with Opie

I decided to start a new photo journal about yoga with Opie, my 7 yr old mini cocker spaniel.  This calls for a new Category!  Here I am exploring the Marina with Opie. We’re enjoying a little yoga break to test our balance.  More to come!
