Cacao Pudding

This recipe is from Matthew Kenney owner and extremely talented chef of M.A.K.E. in Santa Monica, CA.  This pudding is UH-mazing and one of my favorite desserts.  It is my birthday month and I will be celebrating by making a variety of vegan, gluten free treats! 

 

 Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Blend until smooth.  I like to add banana, walnuts, and coconut.  I recently tried it with strawberries and it was bomb! Enjoy!
